Right of Withdrawal

Your Right

If you are ordering as a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. If you are ordering from outside the EU/EEA, see "Customers Outside the EU/EEA" below instead — the statutory right described on this page does not apply to your order, though we offer a comparable goodwill policy.

Pre-Orders: Additional Cancellation Rights

Because many Pedral watches are pre-order items with payment taken at time of order, you have the following rights:

• Before dispatch: Pre-orders are a binding commitment once confirmed — production is scheduled and materials are sourced specifically against your order. A pre-order cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except if production is delayed more than 60 days past the estimated delivery window, in which case you may cancel for a full refund. Contact info@pedral.watch with your order number.
• After delivery: The standard 14-day withdrawal period applies. The clock starts the day you physically receive the watch — not the day you placed the order or the day it was dispatched.

Pre-order payment secures your allocation in a limited edition of 20 pieces and commits production. This does not reduce or alter your statutory withdrawal rights after delivery in any way.

Effects of Withdrawal

We reimburse all payments including standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return shipment. Same payment method. No fees. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received or proof of return provided.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to: made-to-order Triomphe Hebrew and Eastern Arabic numeral editions produced specifically for the buyer (Art. 16(c) — goods made to the consumer's specifications). You will be clearly informed at checkout before purchase if this exception applies.

For all standard editions, including pre-orders: the 14-day right applies in full to EU/EEA consumers.

Customers Outside the EU/EEA

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above is an EU/EEA consumer right and does not extend to orders shipping outside the EU/EEA. As a goodwill policy — not a legal entitlement in your jurisdiction — we will cancel a pre-order before dispatch or accept a return of a delivered watch, refunding 70% of the amount paid. The remaining 30% is retained to cover tooling, materials, and low-volume production costs already committed against your order. Contact info@pedral.watch with your order number to request this.
