What's Covered

Every Pedral watch carries a 24-month international warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Valid worldwide.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear (strap wear, case scratches, crystal marks from daily use)
• Water damage resulting from misuse (exceeding the stated water resistance, use in hot showers or saunas)
• Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
• Damage caused by unauthorized service or repair by a third party

Email info@pedral.watch. Send your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Repairs & Replacement

All warranty repairs and replacements are handled by Pedral directly — not through third-party service centers. This keeps every piece consistent with how it was built.
