SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
1.1 Eligibility & Prohibited Use. By consenting to these Terms of Service, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have granted us your approval to permit any of your minor dependents to use this site. Our products may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) in the use of the Service. You are prohibited from transmitting any worms, viruses, or any destructive code. A violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
1.2 Payments. All payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe, Mondido and/or Klarna. VAT is included for orders within the European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
PEDRAL Watches does not store or transfer any card details. We utilise external payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Mondido, Klarna) for e‑commerce transactions. These gateways handle card information and apply PCI DSS compliant controls, including strong customer authentication where applicable.
For further information about how our partners manage information, please contact PayPal, Stripe, Mondido, or Klarna support directly.
1.3 Delivery & Shipping. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, excluding pre‑orders and subject to warehouse workload, carrier capacity, public holidays, or other factors. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) delays are common—please order early.
Where our standard carriers do not operate, we may use an alternative carrier or cancel the order. For shipping queries, contact info@pedral.watch.
We do not ship to APO addresses. Our complimentary letter service is uninsured and may take up to 2 months depending on local postal service and destination.
All items in an order must be returned before a refund can be processed. The receiver must respond within seven (7) days from the first delivery attempt.
1.4 Address Verification & Rerouting. Upon order confirmation, you confirm your shipping address. If additional shipping is required due to incomplete/incorrect details or a change of destination, extra charges may apply (additional payment or deduction from any refund in the event of return).
1.5 Import Fees & Delivery Charges. Prices at www.pedral.eu include the product price and any shown shipping fee. Additional charges (import fees, duties, carrier fees, customs brokerage, local taxes) are not included and are billed by the carrier during or after delivery.
If you decline these charges upon delivery, in some countries we must pay them to retrieve the shipment; such amounts will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. Otherwise a standard restocking fee of €30 may apply.
1.7 Transport Damage. If your product arrives damaged, notify us and the Delivery Company immediately, and in any event within seven (7) days of delivery. Provide the carrier’s claim/case number. We will promptly arrange a replacement where verified.
1.8 Order Modifications. After an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes (including address or product changes). Please review all details before finalising your order.
1.9 Lost in Transit. Once the carrier receives the order, delivery risk passes to the carrier subject to any applicable insurance. For shipments including watches, if the carrier deems a shipment lost, we will replace it. Orders containing only straps/bracelets (valued under USD 100) are sent uninsured.
1.10 Warranty. Customers must provide necessary order information for service/warranty claims. If purchased via a third party, you must provide proof of purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal use, negligence, accidents, misuse, or non‑compliance with instructions. Bracelet discolouration is covered for one (1) year from purchase; natural wear of leather is not covered.
1.11 Leather & Suede Products. Leather and suede products carry a one‑year manufacturing warranty. This excludes issues arising from negligent use or normal wear and tear. Suede is moisture‑sensitive and generally has a shorter lifespan than leather; suede is not covered for wear.
1.12 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations. Products bought from the Online Boutique may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Orders over €2,000 qualify for free return and replacement shipments.
Watches must be unused to qualify for a refund; signs of wear may result in refusal. We recommend documenting your packing of returns.
To arrange a return/exchange, contact info@pedral.watch to schedule and receive a prepaid return label when eligible. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent via methods other than the provided label. Expedited shipping charges are non‑refundable. Returns made without contacting customer service may be refused.
Your return package must be dispatched within fourteen (14) days of receiving the prepaid return label. If your order does not qualify for free returns, dispatch within seven (7) days of notifying us of your intent to return.
For international customers whose orders do not contain at least one item valued over USD 1,000, you are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and verify the product’s unworn condition, we will process a full refund.
We recommend FedEx, DHL or UPS for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent via other carriers.
Complimentary shipping for straps/bracelets is uninsured (average delivery 30 days) and differs from watch shipping. PEDRAL Watches is not liable for shipments lost in transit using the complimentary, uninsured PostNord letter service.
We require all items within an order to be returned before processing a refund. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving a return label; late returns may be declined.
Order cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
1.13 Promotional Items. Promotional items must be returned with returns/cancellations. They are not free gifts. Complimentary shipping does not cover exchanges of promotional items.

14.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service or products (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses; (b) loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (c) loss or corruption of data not caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence; or (d) third‑party acts or omissions (including carriers) outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
14.5 Data Protection Liability. Where we act as controller, we are responsible for our compliance with GDPR. We are not liable for processing performed independently by third‑party controllers (e.g., payment providers) under their own privacy notices. Where we use processors, we put in place appropriate data processing agreements and safeguards (see Section 11). We shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to implement reasonable security controls on your devices/accounts, or for losses caused by phishing or social engineering not attributable to our breach of GDPR.
