PEDRAL Watches operates this website. In this context, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” signify PEDRAL Watches. We offer this website, inclusive of all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, on the condition of your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined herein.

By browsing our site and/or making a purchase from us, you engage in our “Service” and consent to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service are applicable to all site users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We strongly advise you to peruse these Terms of Service meticulously before accessing or utilizing our website. By accessing or using any portion of the site, you consent to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from accessing the website or using any services. If these Terms of Service are deemed an offer, acceptance is strictly confined to these Terms of Service.

Any novel features or tools added to the existing store will also be governed by the Terms of Service. You can peruse the most recent version of the Terms of Service at any moment on this page. We reserve the authority to revise, alter or substitute any section of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or modifications to our website. It is incumbent upon you to periodically check this page for updates. Your continued access to or use of the website following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

1.1: By consenting to these Terms of Service, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have granted us your approval to permit any of your minor dependents to use this site. Our products may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) in the use of the Service. You are prohibited from transmitting any worms, viruses, or any destructive code. A violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

1.2: All payments are processed by either Stripe, Klarna, Mondido, or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within the European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

PEDRAL Watches does not store or transfer any credit card information. We utilize external payment gateways, namely PayPal, Stripe, Mondido, and Klarna, for e-commerce transactions. These gateways manage card information and utilize technology that allows the identification of the cardholder, meeting the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and ensuring PCI-secured payments.

1.3: DELIVERY & SHIPPING PROCEDURES 
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, barring pre-orders and other possible delays due to our warehouse’s current workload, public holidays, or other factors. Please be aware that during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping delays are common. Hence, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.
 
In regions where our standard carriers do not operate, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier or cancel the order. For queries about shipping, delivery times, or transportation, please contact us at helloatPedralwatches.com. We strive to respond promptly.
 
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to APO’s. We recommend shipping to a friend or relative instead. Our complimentary letter service is uninsured and may take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on your local postal service and geographical location. 
 
Please note that we require all items within an order to be returned before we can process a refund. We also require the receiver to respond within seven days from the first delivery attempt.
 
1.4: ADDRESS VERIFICATION & REROUTING 
Upon order confirmation, Pedral Watches assumes that you have verified and confirmed your address. If additional shipping is required due to an incomplete address or a change in destination, you may incur extra charges. These could be in the form of an additional payment or a deduction from your refund in the event of a return.
 
1.5: IMPORT FEES & DELIVERY CHARGES 
The prices listed at www.pedral.eu only include the product price and shipping fee. Additional charges such as import fees, delivery charges, carrier fees, etc., are not included. These charges will be billed to you by the carrier either during or after the delivery. 
 
Should you decline these charges upon delivery, Pedral watches may need to cover them to retrieve the shipment in some destination countries. This sum will then be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. In other instances, a restocking fee of €30 will apply.
 
1.7: TRANSPORT DAMAGE 
Should your product arrive damaged, please notify us and the Delivery Company immediately, no later than 7 days after delivery. You will need to report the damage and provide us with the Delivery Company’s claim form case number. We will promptly send you a replacement product.
 
1.8: ORDER MODIFICATIONS 
Once your order is placed, we cannot accommodate any changes, including address modifications or product alterations. Therefore, we urge you to review and confirm all details before finalizing your order.
 
1.9: LOST IN TRANSIT 
Once the carrier receives the order, Pedral Watches is no longer responsible for the delivery. In case of a lost shipment, no action will be taken until the carrier concludes its investigation. Please note that shipments containing watches are insured, and if deemed lost by the Carrier, will be replaced. Orders containing only straps/bracelets (valued under $100) are sent uninsured.
 
1.10: WARRANTY 
Customers are responsible for providing all necessary order information for service/warranty claims. If the product is purchased through a third party, the customer must provide adequate verification of the purchase date. 
 
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch, or non-compliance with instructions provided by Pedral Watches. The warranty for bracelets is valid for one year from the purchase date and covers only discolored bracelets. It does not cover natural wear and tear on our leather products.
 
1.11: LEATHER & SUEDE PRODUCTS 
All our leather and suede products come with a one-year manufacturing warranty. This does not cover issues, changes, damages, or similar occurrences due to negligent use or normal wear and
 
 tear. Suede products, which are sensitive to moisture and have a shorter lifespan than leather, are not covered.
 
1.12: RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS 
Products purchased from the Online Boutique can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Orders over €2000 qualify for free return and replacement shipments.
 
Watches must be in unused condition to qualify for a refund. Any signs of use will result in the refusal of the refund. We recommend documenting how you packed your return for future references.
 
To return or exchange a product, contact Customer Support at info@pedral.watch to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. We cannot guarantee receipt of return shipments sent using methods other than the one we provide. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable and returns made without contacting customer service may be refused.
 
Your return package must be dispatched to us within 14 Days of receiving the prepaid return label. If your order does not qualify for free returns, it must be dispatched within 7 Days of notifying us of your intent to return your order.
 
For international customers whose orders do not contain at least one item valued over $1000, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and verify the product’s unworn condition, we will process the return and issue a full refund.
 
We recommend using FedEX, DHL or UPS for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns processed by any other carrier.
 
Please note that our complimentary shipping service for straps and bracelets, which is uninsured and has an average delivery time of 30 days, differs from that of the watches. Pedral Watches is not liable for any shipments lost in transit using the complimentary, uninsured, Postnord shipping method. 
 
We require all items within an order to be returned before processing a refund. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving a return label, or we reserve the right to decline them.
 
Order cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed, so please pay close attention during the order process.
 
1.13: PROMOTIONAL ITEMS 
Promotional items must be returned in the event of a return or cancellation. They are not considered complimentary items, and the exchange of promotional items is not covered by complimentary shipping.
 
1.14: PERSONAL INFORMATION 
We collect basic personal information when an order is placed. This securely stored information is necessary for delivery and customer communication regarding potential issues or important updates such as new product launches. We will not disclose this information to third parties.
 
1.15: COOKIES 
Cookies are used on www.pedral.eu to enhance your site experience. These small text files are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies primarily for web functionality, web statistics, and advertising.
 
You can set your browser to alert you when a cookie is activated, allowing you to reject cookie usage or to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. SECTION 2 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
We hold the authority to deny service to any individual at our discretion. 
Your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted, involving transmission over various networks and modifications to meet technical requirements of associated networks or devices. However, your credit card details are always encrypted during network transfers.
You agree not to replicate, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Service, its usage, or access to the Service or any contact on the associated website, without our explicit written consent.
The headings in this agreement are included solely for ease of reference and will not impact these Terms in any way.
 
SECTION 3 – IMPORT TAX & DUTY
 
Unless otherwise stated, all payments required under this Agreement exclude taxes, duties, levies, tariffs, and other governmental charges, including VAT (collectively referred to as “Taxes”). If your purchase is to be delivered outside Sweden, local authorities may impose Taxes through the courier service or other appointed agents.
 
SECTION 4 – INFORMATION ACCURACY AND UPDATES
 
We are not accountable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information on this site. The material provided is intended for general information purposes and should not be the sole resource for decision-making, without consulting more reliable, comprehensive, and current sources. Any reliance on this site’s content is at your own risk.
While the site may contain historical information for reference, it is not necessarily current. We reserve the right to alter the site’s content at any time without any obligation to update the information. You agree to monitor any changes to our site proactively.
 
SECTION 5 – CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING
 
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products without prior notice.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or part, without any prior notice.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, price alterations, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
 
SECTION 6 – PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
 
We offer a selection of products and services exclusively through our website. These may be available in limited quantities and subject to return or exchange as per our Return Policy. While we strive for accuracy in the display of product colors and images, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display will be identical. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, at our discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We retain the right to refuse any order. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In case of changes to or cancellation of an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of the order. You commit to providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store and to promptly update your account and other information.
